The Answers You Need

What happens if there has been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery)

In both cases you should immediately contact us. If the delivery doesn't reach the destination, we'll search for your package and resend it. When you get the package, you have the possibility to open it in the presence of the courier to see if it is intact. If it has any damages, photos must be taken and sent to us so we can analyze the problem. Thus, you may get another item or get the refunds for your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Before you make the payment, in the shopping cart you can find the 'cancel' button. NOTE: Once the payment is made and verified, we cannot give refunds.

What if I am not satisfied with AllGauge?

You can contact us anytime by sending an e-mail, a text message or you can reach us on facebook. Leave your comments, complaints or suggestions and we'll come as soon as possible with a solution to improve your experience.
